Legal requirements

Through our partners, Kruger Attorneys, we are able to pay particular attention to detail in terms of what is submitted to court to obtain the compulsory court order and comply with the relevant legal requirements set out in the Childrens Act, to proceed to the final step of the medical process.

Egg donors and surrogates

As part of the process, we also match potential surrogates and egg donors to intended parents, and with our guidance and support we aim to make it a pleasant and memorable journey.

Medical and psychological processes

Through our partnerships we are able to provide guidance and referrals in terms of all medical and psychological requirements and processes.
